Kermadec
Kermadec is named after the Kermadec Islands halfway between New Zealand and Tonga, which have been described ecologically as living examples of life as it was in New Zealand.
An award winning Restaurant, Kermadec opened in 1994 and after two America's Cup Regattas continues as one of Auckland's flagship Restaurants.
